you need to find a way to unlock them. i did it with pepperman typing in the console character M
and it was peppino not pepperman. when i checked the character select (where the change clothes are.) and at pepperman it says "locked" so you probably need to find out how to unlock them.
you have to join their discord, then show proof you have pizza tower on steam then they'll send you the download you want [i dont actually have discord, a friend said this.]
